If you’ve been in the market but felt the prices where just a little too out of reach you just might want to have another look.
Two projects want to get the word out about some spectacular deals. The Luxe on Queen Anne and CityView in Leschi have reduced prices from $30,000 up to $75,000, which is fairly significant for conversions. Both of these projects have been beautifully renovated and the current pricing is more in-line with the market.
Additionally, in the past 30 days a few other conversion projects have lowered prices on select units as well - Serana, Azul, Queen Anne High School.

Several one-bedrooms have been reduced between $5,000 to $20,000. The two-bedrooms have been reduced as much as $65,000 since they initially came on the market.
