I am ready to buy a condo/loft and have a lender. What are the going prices for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo/loft?

Patrick - prices vary widely depending on location, type of project, amenities, etc. In the Seattle core neighborhoods, starting prices for one bedrooms may range from the mid-$200-$400,000’s and two bedrooms from the $400-$800,000’s.
