Matt at Urbnlivn.com wrote an entry about this new conversion in the heart of Capitol Hill. Unfortunately, for Vertigo, the readers of Urbnlivn.com aren’t so impressed.
Vertigo is turning the clock back taking its cue from Hitchcock and mid-century design. Floor plans include 1 and 1+ bedroom designs with price ranging from just under $200,000 to the $400,000s.
Other amenities include a roof-top garden/deck, fitness center and parking for selected units, as well as easy access to Broadway and Capitol Hill’s vibrant lifestyle.

Vertigo is a dump and needs to be torn down. It’s a moldy mess. Prime spot for a developer to rebuild. While your at it, re-do that halfway house with an interior courtyard so the residents can hack and gag and giggle to their hearts’ content out of sight of taxpayers.
