Hjarta broke ground in December of 2005 and when complete, the 8-story building will be the tallest in Ballard. Ballard is undergoing a condo renaissance of sorts that started with the Ballard & Ballard Place off of 15th. Since then, new projects have been sprouting up including NoMa, Canal Station and Metropole.
Hjarta will be comprised of 79 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Expected completion is Summer 2007.
