Cameo Condominiums

Designed in tandem with the Braeburn on Capitol Hill, Cameo will consists of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom homes. Prices are expected to start under $200,000. Cameo will be on the southwest corner of 15th and Pike.
The Cameo website has been updated with floor plans.
Updated 12/10/07: There has been no further movement on the Cameo project and the earlier preview event was canceled. I’ve been told that there isn’t a firm date on the construction timeline and that the developer is not in a rush to develop the project given the current market. Additionally, there is a change in the general contractor, further delaying any start to construction.
A preview event has been scheduled for November 3rd & 4th, 2007 More details to come.
