CityScape 2010 Virtual Tour

By on May 20, 2007 in Real Estate with 2 Comments

The highlight of the 2007 Seattle Condo Expo was the CityScape 2010 Virtual Tour developed by Weber + Thompson and Urban Condominiums. The tour can be found on the Urban Condominiums website. Click on the CityScape banner at the top of the page.

The tour starts with a flyover of the downtown area. Once the flyover is completed, users can zoom into eight neighborhoods – Seattle Center, Belltown, Market District, West Edge, Central Business District, Retail District, Midtown (Denny Triangle) and South Lake Union. The close-up views provide links to building information. The transparent buildings are those currently proposed and/or not under construction presently. Unfortunately, it does not make a distinction between condos and office buildings.

Notes:
– The Watermark is incorrectly labeled Madison Tower/Hotel 1000 (now corrected)
– The Icon Tower isn’t identified in the Seattle Center view (transparent bldg on the left)
– Looks like there’s going to be a Bellora 2

Sarah – the info that I found on Bellora 2 date back to 2005. The 14-story 119-unit project had received a conditional approval. But, nothing has occurred since then that I can gather. At the time, it looked like it was a Trammell Crow Residential project.
