I’ve always liked the Park Modern condo building in the University District so I was excited to see that two units just came on the market this morning. I have an affinity for modern, clean and open design, so this building ranks among my favorites. The Park Modern also incorporates a green built sustainable design and materials.

• Unit 200-B is a two-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1,006 square foot home listed at $409,000.
• Unit 200-D is a two-bedroom, 2 bath, 1,096 square foot home listed at $459,000.
