Another Queen Anne conversion is the 1717 5th Avenue Condominiums. The project includes one and two-bedroom units. Not a lot of info yet, here’s a list of features from their website:

    I just bought a unit. Location and Amazing views. This is by far one of the best conversion products on the market. They hired the renowned local architect firm Johnston Architects to handle the conversion process.

    The exterior and interior redesign is gorgeous. I would be surprised if these units last long.
