At 23-stories, The Martin will be home to 172 one- and two-bedroom, open-one bedroom and lofts units.</p>
<p>Home Interior features include Italian Pedini cabinetry, solid surface countertops, European stainless steel appliances, glass tiling, expansive windows, gas fireplaces, decks and air conditioning.</p>
<p>The building will also include a number of firsts including a resident P-patch garden, multi-level roof deck with outside kitchen, a 6th floor outside dog park and grooming area, a fire pit for socializing and a washing station in the garage.</p>
<p>Location wise, The Martin is close to everthing&#8230;residents can walk to work downtown or take the bus for free (free ride area), enjoy nightlife and top rated restaurants just steps away, or just take a short elevator trip to catch a movie.</p>

<p>The Martin is not included in the current Vulcan lottery.  Sales are expected to start in the Fall of 2006.</p>
