I have an affinity for modern, clean and open design, so this building ranks among my favorites.  The Park Modern also incorporates a green built sustainable design and materials. </p>
<ul>
<li>Unit 200-B is a two-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1,006 square foot home  listed at $409,000.</li>
<li>Unit 200-D is a two-bedroom, 2 bath, 1,096 square foot home listed at $459,000.</li>
</ul>
<p>There will be an open house for both units on Saturday, April 23rd, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.</p>
