    The Avenue One Condo, at the corner of First Avenue and Clay (2721 1st Avenue, Seattle), was completed in 2005. The 13-story luxury residence features 116 units, many with spectacular city and water views. Avenue One has a concierge, fitness center, a community/club room and a roof-top deck. However, compared to other recently completed luxury condos, Avenue One is more affordable, but there may be a good reason.

    On the same block another condo project is under construction. When complete The Parc will obliterate the views from the west facing lower level homes in Avenue One. The south facing lower level units already faces a commercial building.
