City View Condominium - Leschi

Another condo project is proposed for the Lower Queen Anne / Denny area. The 123+ unit project is planned for John & Aurora (the parking lot behind Starbucks on Denny Way) and it’ll sit right above the Denny Way off ramp.

Another Queen Anne conversion is the 1717 5th Avenue Condominiums. The project includes one and two-bedroom units. Not a lot of info yet, here’s a list of features from their website:

Dexter Place is a new conversion project on the East side of Queen Anne that recently began sales. The building was originally constructed in 1985 and includes 27 one bedroom + den units. From their website - www.dexterplace.com, amenities include:

Serana is a conversion project at the base of Queen Anne across the street from Lumen on 5th Avenue North. The original 4-story building was constructed in 1999 so it’s fairly new and the developer has done a very nice job at renovations.
