Escala Midtown
Escala’s Presentation Center at the corner of 4th Avenue & Stewart will open on October 22nd. The center will include a full-scale model of a two-bedroom unit.
Escala also reports securing a $175 million loan for the project.

Following Escala’s public preview event on July 27th, 50% of the homes have been reserved (though, nearly 20% were reserved prior to July 27th). In any event, this is a great endorsement of the Escala project and to the strong condo market in Seattle.

The Escala’s public design preview event is still two weeks away and anticipation is building. However, Escala has pre-released a number of units at special introductory pricing and a quite a few reservations have already been placed. Reservations can be made with a $10,000 deposit which converts to purchase & sale contracts in the Fall.

The Escala Midtown is planned for the “Midtown” district near the Westin Hotel. Midtown is snuggled between the downtown core, Belltown and Denny Triangle.
The 330 foot luxury highrise will include 280 homes and will break ground this year with a planned Summer 2008 occupancy.
Planned units will range between 900 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft. [...]
