The Seattle Times reported that King County condos have surpassed single family homes in appreciation during the first half of this year. Condos now make up 25% percent of the total home sales in the county.

The Morgan and La Toscane are conversion projects just north of the Broadway business district on Capitol Hill. Both will have their grand opening on June 10th.
