Great post, Ken.

This project is a fantastic testimonial showing how a developer should treat buyers who commit to a project early. So many developers have been strong-arming buyers to get them to close on projects that have gone down in value since they first made their reservations. Vulcan's win-win approach to working with their existing buyers rather than risk loosing them through intimidation is refreshing. I can see why buyers are feeling confidant and loyal to this project while they are being treated with so much fairness and respect.

For years to come I will be pointing this out to potential buyers as a reason to invest in future Vulcan developments.
