I was underwhelmed with this building, to say the least. Physically it dominates the block and crowds out the sunlight, and with the Aurora/Highway 99 location, the noise is a major issue. Aesthetically the interior finishes just look cheap.

That would be fine if the pricing matched what they were selling, but I can't see how they expect to get anywhere near $400 sq ft pricing, let alone $500. They are charging Mosler/Gallery type prices for a development which reminded me of substandard condo's like Trio and Domaine.

I suspect this development will end up as apartments in a year when the financing runs out.

Being on a major highway could certainly be a drawback, but the condos look very attractive. Besides, being on a highway can be a good thing for those who want quick and easy access to major attractions.

Drove by the Marselle and discovered that it fronts on Hwy.99. Wow what a treat, noise and car soot. Not for me.

The Pontedera condos, which also just started selling, has prices that are significantly less expensive, the building is FHA pre-approved, and it's the only condo building in Seattle that offers the City's 12 year property tax exemption for buyers up to 120% of median income.
