I thought builders were out of ideas when they were offering cars. Yesterday I went to a builder here in Hawaii with a client of mine and they had taken $30k off the $685k price of house which had already been reduced from $739k and were paying all closing costs including 2 points, PLUS including a 2-1 buy down of the rate, which was worth $13k. Adds up to a LOT. Wow, now that is a serious incentive. I thought builders were out of ideas when they were offering cars.
