		<description>In pre-sale the full-lofts (1st &amp; 6th flrs) ranged from the mid-$500,000s to mid-$600,000s.  When the building completed in Oct 08, the 1st floor lofts started in the mid/high-$400s and the 6th floor lofts started in the mid-$500s.</description>
