Prices need to come down quite a bit more.

In pre-sale the full-lofts (1st & 6th flrs) ranged from the mid-$500,000s to mid-$600,000s. When the building completed in Oct 08, the 1st floor lofts started in the mid/high-$400s and the 6th floor lofts started in the mid-$500s.

You can call them anything you want but the bottom-line is these are ONE bedroom condos for $400,000 !! No amenities, noisy streets, no privacy. There’s no way!

From what levels were these prices adjusted? What was Vulcan asking before?

Now only if they’d get realistic about Rollin’s pricing–especially those units facing the alley.
