		<description>There are definitely bad conversions out there, but you should also be aware that the ispector-attorney racket behind all of the litigation is quite suspicious. The envelope inspector will fluff out the inspection, saying that practically everything is tragically wrong. Associations are persuaded to litigate, usually somewhat successfully because it is really difficult to tell if there is major damage without ripping the facade off. The attorneys make a pile of cash -- and guess what, the inspector somehow makes off with some cash too. I&#039;ve heard inside reports of such things, so be aware. If you get a reasonable inspection on a conversion, you&#039;re probably getting a decent deal when compared to the expense of new construction.</description>
