Nice reports. The Austin condo market has experienced a similar slowdown. Our local business paper reported last week. “that 700 condos from 12 different projects located near downtown were either put on hold or canceled indefinitely.”

Looks like a somewhat tough real estate market up there especially with condos: inventory is up, and prices are down makes it look like a good time to buy for investors. I would imagine that Seattle is a fairly international city – and given the declining value of the dollar relative to other currencies, have you considered marketing to other countries? I would imagine there would be some international real estate investors that would like to pick up on the win/win (declining dollar), and somewhat soft real estate market.

This is a great report with a ton of good info for any person considering buying or selling a condo in Seattle. Seattle’s condo market while it is in decline still could be much worse, in Tucson AZ we have seen price declines of 30% or more in some areas now we are bottoming but still…Thanks for the post and keep it up
