I've been down in Az for the past 11 years or so, but grew up in Seattle. I'm a CWU alum. :-) I've been amazed that while a lot of markets (including ours) have really taken a hit in the past year or two, Seattle has remained pretty strong. We would love to have a place back in Seattle someday. Six months in the desert, and six in the NW would be just about perfect! Love the blog.
