		<description>Love the blog. I&#039;ve been down in Az for the past 11 years or so, but grew up in Seattle. I&#039;m a CWU alum. :-) I&#039;ve been amazed that while a lot of markets (including ours) have really taken a hit in the past year or two, Seattle has remained pretty strong. 

We would love to have a place back in Seattle someday. Six months in the desert, and six in the NW would be just about perfect!</description>
