One of my sources in the dev business told me the other day that this project is now on hold indefinitely. Some key investors in the project have voiced their concerns and may drop out soon.

Urban Vision doesn’t actually build anything. They just entitle and run, so don’t get too excited. They cost us the waterfront trolley.

Hi Ben,

I think this development is the one at 2nd and PIKE, not Pine. The 2nd and Pine development is The “1 Hotel and Residences” that has been put on hold till financing options can be rearranged.
