Jason - this is a great idea and a few condos in town do have association websites. I've listed a few on the sidebar for the Ellington, Ballard Place and the Portal.

While checking out the amenities list - see if the association plans to have a website. An HOA website can provide a platform for neighbor and board communications; be a resource for documents, newsletters, CC&R's, meeting minutes and more; while also providing answers to frequently asked questions, links and phone numbers to relevant services and local businesses.

In addition to being highly functional, a website can save an association money by cutting printing and distribution costs - which is also good for the environment!
