My wife and I live a block north and have watched the conversion of the building with interest. We love the neighborhood and thought these would be great. We walked through the condos last weekend and were very dissappointed with the shoddy finish work. Clearly this was condo-conversion at its cheapest. Crummy plastic pocket doors, chipped flooring in the kitchen, chipped up tile in the bathroom and bad electric heat in the walls. Its a shame, really, because the building has great potential.
