		<description>I don&#039;t.  I&#039;ll try to get in touch with the developer again...though, they haven&#039;t been responding to my inquiries.  Go figure.

Side note: It seems the ad was posted by a condo project site; developers and/or marketing firms tend to advertise condo projects on these sites.  It seems most are Windermere Onsite projects, too.  It&#039;s possible they&#039;re doing so to judge consumer interest in the project.  I was once told by an executive with WOS that they&#039;ll market a project to gauge consumer interest and feedback even when there&#039;s no intent to develop the project.</description>
