I'll try to get in touch with the developer again...though, they haven't been responding to my inquiries. Go figure. Side note: It seems the ad was posted by a condo project site; developers and/or marketing firms tend to advertise condo projects on these sites. It seems most are Windermere Onsite projects, too. It's possible they're doing so to judge consumer interest in the project. I was once told by an executive with WOS that they'll market a project to gauge consumer interest and feedback even when there's no intent to develop the project. I don’t.
