This costs more per square foot than the Escala and doesn’t even have parking.

The partition that is called a puzzle wall and the attachment of Kundig’s name to this project is a great example of selling the sizzle instead of the steak. As an admirer of Kundig I think he has tainted his reputation in doing the favor of having his name attached to this project.

Tom Kundig is an amazing Architect. This is a great building with a great owner seller. This project is very unique and one of my favorites. I wish buyers took the time to really dive into this condo and compare it to others in the area. There is no reason it should still have units available. it is a gem, even in this unpredictable marketplace.
