I’ve seen your posts on other sites. I’m with Mike on this one Rich. If you have not recieved any paperwork with the closing date in under 3 weeks (not a good sign)
We have seen it all to often lately.

They have not even really begun to sell these units. I mean look at any blog site and you’ll see almost no mention of Marselle.look at there website and no pricing or what left. Yet they claim to have them moved into sometime around May/June, sorry Rick unless you see some sort of hard press in selling these units soon then they are going the apartment way.
