		<description>This building would be a great addition here!  It would replace that ugly parking garage that looks like it is about to crumble.  I recognize that some will lose their views, but that is a basic fact of life when living in the city.  I work next door, and will lose the view I have of the sculpture park, but increasing the density of living around here would be great.  My hope is that with more people the food and entertainment options will continue to increase in this area.

My only question is who is going to want to pay to rent such an expensive apartment?</description>
