Stadium Lofts Delay Presales
Stadium Lofts has delayed accepting reservations until early next year. Originally, reservations were to begin this month but it appears they are still finalizing interior finishes and pricing. There was also a hold up with permitting approval after the developer altered the original design with additional floors.

They’ve been planning to begin pre-sale this Spring. I’ll see what more I can find out.
There’s been some changes with this project including the developer, design and construction dates. I’ll post about it separately, but suffice it to say, it may be mid-year before we hear any concrete info.
