Seattle Civic Square - Downtown

Just West of Seattle City Hall is the proposed Civic Square project that’ll encompass an entire city block between 3rd and 4th Avenues and Cherry and James Streets.

Stadium Lofts Delay Presales

Stadium Lofts has delayed accepting reservations until early next year. Originally, reservations were to begin this month but it appears they are still finalizing interior finishes and pricing. There was also a hold up with permitting approval after the developer altered the original design with additional floors.

The good news about Seattle’s condominium market is that market values continue to reflect a strong increase over 2006. City-wide, the median sold price in October was $318,500, an 11.4% increase over October 2006.
