Hard hat tours are being offered for floors 1-4 and construction should be done Spring 2009. The building is looking great!

We (Architechtronics) are very pleased to be providing homeowners with exciting technology at One Main Street. Stop by the sales center to view standard wireless touchscreens, lighting control and more. We will be releasing upgrade options in the next two weeks and they will be posted on website.

One Main Street reports that 17 units were sold, including a penthouse, during their initial preview events. That a strong start with 27% selling in essentially 4 days.
