I moved into Park Modern this month and am even more excited about the purchase prior to move-in. We bought a 1 bedroom with a large deck, great territorial views and an open floor plan. The appliances in the unit are top notch and the builders and architect all live in the building. Pretty good sign in my opinion. Having the builders with their offices in the building has been great and they’ve been very responsive with all the little finishing details that need to be taken care of with new construction. I would have to say that those have been very limited. Beyond that, they are just good people. There are still some units left that I am pretty envious about, but were out of our budget. I would highly recommend checking them out. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to Greenlake, Ravenna Park, U-Village and Whole Foods. We also have a Herkimer Coffee in the building which I’m still determining if it is a blessing or a curse:) Overall, I’m very pleased with our purchase both from aesthetic appeal and sound construction.

Are all of the floor plans going to have the “home features” as listed in your website?
