What are thoughts on this building? I found out it is a conversion, built 1988 and has a 4 year warranty.
I too would like to know more about the business dealings!

Unfortunately, I don’t have much information on the history of the building or the developer. The conversion updates appear solid and the location places close to the central Fremont area.

Are the units at azul flats still for sale??? Williams Marketing no longer has them on their community list.

Units at Azul are still for sale, but sales/marketing is now with another brokerage firm. Seems to be more common these days (e.g. Tobira, CityView, Lumen, 4217 Fremont).

Currently, they have 4 units listed in the MLS with 15 total available units
though I’m sure they have more than that. You can view those here.The new website is http://www.azulinfremont.com . Not much there other than photos. Columbia Real Estate is now handling sales.

They do not come with W/D but there are W/D hook-ups in each unit.
They may offer W/D with financing through their preferred lender, Wells Fargo.

Hello Ben;
Yes, AZUL is selling condominiums again and have had a great response since our return this new year. The Columbia Real Estate Group is now involved in the direct marketing and sales of these Fremont homes. Our site is open 12-5 Saturday through Wednesday and we are happy to welcome new vistors.
Our preferred lender has offered W/D with the purchase of a home through Wells Fargo. There is usually a representative their on weekends.
