I think they don't have a plan for the rest of the block. They have changed the name from Washington Square to Horbach Plaza. A much smaller version without a doubt. Wasatch is keeping residents and future buyers in the dark and their vision is somewhat cloudy and unclear. Why hasn’t Washington Square updated their Website? They even got rid of the page that had information regarding the hotel. I'm thinking the slower than expected sales and recession talk has cased the builder to delay phase 2 a while longer. I'm not a fan of the floor plans there and for comparable pricing Bellevue towers is alot better I feel. Although, the town homes seem impressive. But I agree, they should update the website more to encourage buyers confidence that things are moving along. I think people will start to move into Tower 1 at the begining of the year!! Is it true that Matt Hasselback is moving in, if so do you know what unit and or Tower?
