		<description>I don&#039;t really know, though I would hope the Review Board consider legitimate suggestions and concerns from the public.  But, I wouldn&#039;t think the developers would be obligated to do so.  The community, through &lt;em&gt; other actions &lt;/em&gt; have an impact on the old Met Market on Queen Anne and other developments.</description>

thanks for this update! i&#039;m curious about what, if any, influence the public has on design review and permitting decisions. do you have any insight? a few months ago i attended a design review meeting for a downtown condo building. a couple of the public comments seemed to make it into the list of design issues but i wonder if there is any obligation on the part of the city and/or developer to accommodate public comment. do you know?</description>
