The price on the Leona units have dropped significantly in the past month. Are these good purchases? What’s resell like in Queen Ann for a place like this?

The design may have been the most practical, but potential buyers will factor in an appropriate discount factor. Looks like the condos are still overpriced for the current environment, with very little sales volume. Its interesting to observe that the Queen Anne High School condos auctioned for roughly 50% of original asking price. That’s one comparable worth considering in any condo/townhouse purchase.

@CP, the designers were thinking that a garage entry on Ward to the north would be too great a change in elevation to navigate without entirely removing two of the townhomes and adding a huge ramp. They made the correct decision.

Have any units sold yet? They all still look vacant (you can see into the townhouses from street level). And the garage is always empty (entrance off Queen Anne Ave – what were the designers thinking!)
