Bellevue Towers and Bravern will need to reduce prices significantly if they want to move their remaining (all) units. 25% and 60% respectively. If you want a place in either of these two buildings best wait until it goes to the auction block.

$700-$900/per foot at the Bravern, it is apparent from the Brix and Gallery auctions that Shnitzer has no clue on how to price its units. Good luck with that! The development is definitely the best in Bellevue/Seattle IMHO but those prices are absolutely ridiculous.

I toured Bellevue Towers a couple of weeks ago and hadn't heard anything about that. BT is probably one of the more successful projects in Bellevue so it would be disappointing if it did.

Price protection is now out the door as it was too complicated to manage. Does anyone know the status of the second tower? Is it going rental?

Murat - thanks for the info on your Yahoo group, it's a great idea for future residents. Glad you were able to find a home that met your needs.

Hello all.

I am one of the folks who reserved a unit in the North Tower.

I created a Bellevue Towers owners' group BTowers at Yahoo Groups.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BTowers/

Group membership is moderated (I want to prevent spam) and I am seeking fellow future owners to join the group so we can discuss nitty gritty only the owners would care about - such as balcony doors, elevator hallways, etc.

Peace...
