first release, a year ago, sold out in one day (over 300 units &amp; over $400 million in RE in 8 hours, i believe).  this release is not selling quite as fast.

it&#039;s being marketed as the first &quot;non-time-share&quot; condo development built on maui in over 20 years.

needless to say, maui is expensive.  but, kauai is not much &quot;cheaper.&quot;  check out this property in poipu:
