HOA dues are kind of steep...starting at $331 for the smallest unit. There is a nice deck on the top of the building, one of the only rooftop decks in the area, with amazing views. Washer/dryer is not included and they do have the option of common washer/dryer in the basement. Nice finishes...another thing...since the building is made of concrete, apparently noise is not as much of an issue for this particular conversion.
