I'm not aware of any pre-sale events scheduled for March at this point. Though, there are a number of events expected this Spring for new construction. In your price range, I suspect Expo62 & Equinox may be the best options.

There will be more conversion opportunities coming up, but the lead time for information is much shorter than for new construction. The Pittsburgh, Nord and Betsy Ross are expected to begin sales in April.

Joe - Equinox hasn't released its pre-sale process yet. However, based on other properties managed by the sales company, they will likely provide preview opportunities and then set up reservation appointments. The refundable reservation deposit is likely to be around $10,000.

For now, I encourage to you register on their website. Wait for the "Coming Soon" flash to finish, then click on the register link. This will place you on their mailing list.

As soon I hear of more information, I will post it on SCL.
