Landes is not a concrete structure.

I live at M street right across from Landes and see that it is wood and the floors/ceilings are separated by 12" of air in between 2 layers of plywood each 3/4 inches.

What a disaster noise wise!!!!!

Update - I contacted the developer to verify the status of this project. Their response is that they are undecided whether to market the project as apartments or condos and will likely make a determination at this summer. They are developing the project with condominium-grade finishes.

Dave / Brian / Bill - I'm not sure about the status of this project. It was going to be marketed by Williams Marketing but it's no longer on their website. I also couldn't find any info on the architect's (NBBJ) or developer's (Harbor Properties) websites either.

On 2/13/07 a permit was issued which referred to the project as apartments.

Interested in more information as it comes available. We too are looking in the First Hill area. Also interested in the Live/Work aspect as we're looking to buy new office space in 2009 - 2010.

I am really interested in something around this area, but most interested in something close to the Catholic Church @ 910 Marion Street. What do you know about this area, and what is available for presale?
We are looking small and convienient. A place we can come into town land, relax, go to dinner, and sleep. Doesn't need a bedroom, but as investment goes, we want to protect our investment and make the most of it too!

Thanks
