I live at M street right across from Landes and see that it is wood and the floors/ceilings are separated by 12" of air in between 2 layers of plywood each 3/4 inches. What a disaster noise wise!!!!! Their response is that they are undecided whether to market the project as apartments or condos and will likely make a determination at this summer. It was going to be marketed by Williams Marketing but it's no longer on their website. I also couldn't find any info on the architect's (NBBJ) or developer's (Harbor Properties) websites either.
