Taking a little poll over at my other blog to see if people use Realtor.com to search for properties.
Please take a moment to answer – Do you use Realtor.com?
The NWMLS is the primary MLS that serves Western Washington and currently feeds Realtor.com listings of local properties for sale. There is a possibility that feed will cease, so am wondering if it will impact buyer home searches. It’s my belief that it won’t, that most people use the major company sites such as Windermere, John L Scott, ReMax or Coldwell Banker to search for homes.
