Escala Midtown
Escala’s Presentation Center at the corner of 4th Avenue & Stewart will open on October 22nd. The center will include a full-scale model of a two-bedroom unit.
Escala also reports securing a $175 million loan for the project.
Vulcan Discovery Center
The Vulcan Discover Center will re-open on Tuesday, October 24th. The Discover Center will include models of three-units from the various projects including the flexi-loft design in Veer Lofts. (Note: the Discovery Center will close to the public on Saturday, October 14th to prepare for the October 24th re-opening)
Hjarta Special Presentation
Hjarta, a new Ballard project currently under construction will unveil their chosen materials, colors and finishes emcompassing four design schemes - Retro, Classic, Pacific & Peninsula. The presentations will be held from 6 to 9 pm on Thursday, October 12th and Saturday, October 14th.
