This rendering was created by Realogics and Weber + Thompson for the Downtown Seattle Realtor Symposium and New Condo Showcase and recently published in the Seattle PI. It’s a great visual showing a changed landscape come 2010. It’s noted it’s unlikely that all projects will be built. The Seattle PI has a larger image complete with legend in this PDF file.
Read my comments and observations from the Symposium. I also created an on-going list of condos and loft projects from 2000 on. I’ll provide more information about these new projects in the upcoming weeks.
