In the past 6 months only two one-bedroom units came up for sale. Based on those, I would estimate 1 bedrooms today would be approximately $350,000. The last time a two-bedroom units came up for sale was back in 2004, but I would estimate they would be in excess of $650,000. There hasn’t been many resales in Pike Lofts.
